Barrier Tubing
For customers who require numerous pouch lengths with the same width, we offer flat or gusseted tubing that can be easily cut and sealed shut, providing the same protective barrier properties as individual pouches.
Our facility is certified in SQF Food Safety Code for Food Packaging, Edition 9.

Materials
Choosing the proper material for your application is our specialty, and is a critical aspect of protective packaging. We use a wide array of flexible materials, barrier materials, Mil-Spec materials, custom structured materials, and even our own proprietary material to manufacture your perfect packaging product.
Closure Methods
Barrier tubing is typically heat-sealed closed; however, the ends can also be folded over and taped shut. Choosing the right closure depends on the level of barrier protection required, how frequently the items will be accessed, how the end-user will handle the product, and more.
Optional Features & Secondary Operations
We frequently provide die-cut spool sides to keep material on the core. We help customers find the perfect features during the design phase of an order, and once we know the details of the application.
Simplify SKU’s
Continuous barrier tubing allows customers to eliminate duplicate pouches with the same width but different lengths, saving the administrative costs of maintaining multiple SKU’s.
Compatibility
Our spools come with core plugs that easily hang on a 1” unwind shaft, commonly found on commercially available unwind stands that assist with productivity and organization.
Flexibility
Since barrier tubing is like one very long bag that’s wound on a spool, it’s easy to pull to your desired length and trim, then change lengths as needed.
