Our Capabilities
Automated Production & Hand Fabrication
Depending on the application, our made-to-order products may be handmade by our team of fabricators using converting equipment, set up to run on one of our automated machines or a combination of both.
We have highly trained and skilled fabricators and machine operators working in 50,000 square feet with SQF certified production space that includes manual and automatic converting equipment like pouch machines, fitment insertion machines, die cutters, sheeters, large impulse sealers, and custom contour-seal presses.
Spout & Fitment Installation
Add spouts or fitments to a pouch or liner that we manufacture, or ship us your pre-made product for fitment installation.
Spouts and fitments can add convenience, functionality, and security to your flexible pouches, liners, and bags. We have automatic, semi-automatic, and manual inserters, plus over 25 years of experience choosing the right fitment and insertion process for your application.

Our Services
-
Your Materials, Our Machine Time
Send us your raw materials or semi-finished goods along with detailed specs and technical drawings, and we’ll convert them into a finished packaging product.
Our customers rely on our packaging expertise, machinery, equipment, and processes to efficiently produce their packaging so they get to market faster and ensure that product integrity is maintained during shipment or storage.
-
Some packaging products are straightforward and simple, while others involve research, development, and testing experimental ideas, leading to a proposed packaging solution.
A prototype is the product produced as the result of these processes and requires the expertise of our engineering team, who work with customers to truly understand the barrier properties that will protect or preserve their items so that they are in the same or better condition as their prepackaged state.
Prototyping is available as an add-on service to customers who commit to an initial product order.
-
Test your market.
Start-up orders and trial runs are ideal for customers bringing new products to market, and who aren’t ready to commit to large volumes until trial data suggests a successful launch.
These smaller runs typically follow our design and development phase and occur after a prototype has been tested and approved for quality. In some cases, these products are hand fabricated and later run on automatic machinery when a full run is ordered.
Differentiators
72” 4-Web Automatic Pouch & Liner Machine
Produces side gusset bags that can be taper-sealed and formed into glove-fit container liners, and it can make large flat bags or blankets.
Round Bottom Die-Cutting & Sealing Equipment
Our round bottom liner design allows for maximum evacuation of full volume so there is no wasted container space, and product doesn’t get trapped because there are no gusset folds.
Unique Pouches
Our equipment can produce 65” long, contour sealed, in-line die cut, vision-system inspected, spouted pouches.
Mixed Bag
Birthing-tub liners, birdseed bags, ice cream flavoring storage-liners, crypt liners, pest eradication enclosures, UGRE bags, and more! We’ve seen it all and welcome customers from a diverse group of industries.
